Boton (Shanghai) Bio-tech Co., Ltd is the advanced biotechnology product R&D center of Boton Group founded in Shanghai Pudong new area. It devoted to exploring high-value-added natural compounds biosynthesis and manufacturing technology, and committed to using biological methods like synthetic biology, metabolic engineering, genetic engineering to design and refactor the effective cell factory based on chassis cells (e.g. yeast). It will be used in the synthesis of natural compounds which is low abundance in the plants.

INTRODUCTION:
Sophorolipid is a biosurfactant, obtained by yeast fermentation from plant origin raw materials.
